How does it work?

  • Step 1: Consulation

It all starts with a quick hello. Once you contact us, we’ll reply by email and ask for a few details about what you’re looking for – how you’d like to use the space, your garden’s layout, and any early ideas you might have.

If you’re not yet sure what you want, no problem – we may suggest a visit to our showroom or a site visit at your property to help explore the possibilities.

From there, we’ll create a preliminary proposal based on your input, complete with 3D design visuals and an initial price estimate – giving you a great sense of what’s possible.

  • Step 2: Tailored Design & Detailed Quote

Once you’re happy with the concept, we’ll arrange a site visit to take precise measurements and finalise the design together – this is also the perfect time to ask questions and review cladding choices, window styles, colours and finishes.

We’ll refine the 3D visuals based on your feedback until every detail feels just right.

A few days later, we’ll send over your final, no-obligation quote, outlining all agreed specifications.

  • Step 3: Booking Your Build

If you'd like to go ahead, we’ll book your project into our schedule with a £500 booking deposit.

We operate on a clear, staged payment structure:

40% deposit – due 4 weeks before the start date

30% interim payment – once the structure is up and watertight

30% final payment – upon completion

Our typical lead times range from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the season and demand.

  • Step 4: Installation & Handover

Your garden room build begins on the agreed date – and from day one, our friendly and skilled team will take care of everything.

We usually complete projects in 2–3 weeks, including structural work, plastering, electrics, and decoration.

Once the site is cleared and your keys are handed over, all that’s left for you to do is move in, make it yours, and enjoy your new space – built to last and ready for year-round use.

Our Buildings

We build garden rooms that perform like miniature houses – not sheds. Each structure is fully insulated, double-glazed, and built using the same robust methods and materials you’d expect from a high-quality home extension.

We use innovative construction techniques with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), ranging from 100mm to 250mm thick. These panels provide exceptional insulation – with U-values as low as 0.10 W/m²K, meeting passive house standards. That means your garden room stays warm in winter, cool in summer, and energy-efficient all year round.

Our walls, floors and roofs are packed with up to 228mm of premium PU insulation – far superior to standard EPS polystyrene alternatives in both strength and thermal performance. High-security doors and double-glazed windows come as standard, helping to keep your space secure and comfortable.

You can also choose from a range of durable external finishes. Western Red Cedar cladding offers a beautiful natural look with impressive resistance to rot and weathering, while our modern steel cladding is completely maintenance-free. We only recommend materials that are built to last.

From concept to completion, we take care of everything: design advice, planning support (if required), groundworks, structure, internal and external finishes – right down to the final site clean-up. All you need to do is move in and enjoy your new garden room.
