Ground Screw Foundations

At CFM, all of our garden rooms are installed on professional ground screw foundations supplied by market leader RADIX. This foundation system allows us to build garden rooms that perform more like small houses in your garden than temporary garden buildings.

Ground screws provide a strong and precise foundation system without the need for concrete, making them an environmentally friendly and efficient alternative to traditional bases. They allow us to install garden rooms with minimal disruption to the surrounding garden while ensuring excellent long-term stability.

Because our buildings are highly insulated and engineered structures, the foundation system is carefully designed and installed as part of the overall project.
